ABOUT

I am a UX researcher and designer with motivation and determination like you've never seen before.

I love UX because I can combine my natural curiosity with my people skills in order to help make peoples lives easier and better. I believe that efficiency and simplicity should be the focal points of usability, and I use this idea to drive my research and methodologies.

I have a Marketing degree with a Deaf Studies minor that I created after falling in love with ASL. Marketing taught me research methods and collaborative skills, while my Deaf Studies minor gave me insight to accessibility and the importance of strong communication.

Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) credential

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME:

COMEDIAN

I utilize my sense of humor and empathy to create and maintain strong relationships among friends, clients, and coworkers. (Parents also love me...except for Sabrina's Mom who said I was "too energetic.")

DUCK COLLECTOR

I have been collecting rubber ducks from all over Europe since my study abroad in the Netherlands. While I can't fully explain this infatuation, they commemorate the places I’ve been and memories I’ve made.

ADVOCATE & ALLY

I am work-proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and have been signing since college. Being an ally for the Deaf and deaf-blind communities and increasing accessibility for all users is something I hope to achieve through my work and designs.

POST-IT NOTE HOARDER

I am extremely organized, a passionate color coder, and even come with my own collection of multi-colored post-it notes… Best. Birthday. Present. Ever.

LINKEDIN LOVER

I am obsessed with LinkedIn thanks to my business school and Freshman year internship. In fact, my sorority often referred to me as “The LinkedIn Girl."

BADMINTON CHAMP

In 2016, I technically ranked 4th for singles badminton in Nassau County (our varsity team also won Counties that year). My thirst for the podium still drives me today.
